Order Cancellation

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled and fully refunded. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


Relay Point / Pickup Location Deliveries

Parcel Collection Responsibility

For orders delivered to relay points or pickup locations, customers are responsible for collecting their parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier or pickup service.

Customers are also responsible for monitoring tracking updates and delivery notifications.

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected on time, it may be returned to the shipping provider or warehouse.

Mein Modesty is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or for arranging collection from relay points after the holding period has expired.

Any additional shipping costs related to reshipment or return handling will be the responsibility of the customer.
