Return Conditions

    You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return eligible items.

  • Item Condition:
    Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
    Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    •  Swimwear / Burkinis (for hygiene reasons)

    • Accessories (including scarves/hijabs)

    • Customized items

    • Made-to-order creations (abayas)

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items

    • Items purchased in bundle offers (e.g., "buy X, get Y at a discount")

Return Process

  • Return Shipping:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We are not responsible for any loss or issue related to return parcels, and customers are responsible for arranging and managing the return shipment after receiving the return instructions from our customer service team.
    Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of shipment until we confirm receipt of your return.

Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Refund Timeline:
    If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your returned item(s).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
